Project is being constructed on a land in Ayazaga, Maslak, in an area surrounded by the Belgrade Forest.
The construction area of 1,100,000 m² will also include recreational areas, in addition to terraced houses, residences, offices, shopping streets, cafes, hotels, and shopping malls.
Composed of 3 parcels on a total land of 424,000 m² for development, It will integrate 3 different project stages. The project includes 3000 housing units, shopping malls of 55,000 m², as well as stores and restaurants of 28,000 m² on a 760 m long boulevard, office space of 240,000 m², and four and five-star hotels with a total space of 48,000 m².
Linking the Belgrade Forest in the north of Istanbul to the city’s financial center Maslak, project has an investment value of 1,500,000,000 TL excluding the land. With its first stage to cost 300,000,000 TL, the project targets a turnover of 2 billion Dollars.
The targeted completion date for the first stage of project, which includes 1,111 housing units on 8 blocks, is November 2014. The second stage, planned for the north of the project valley, is scheduled to be delivered by May 2015, with functions that turn the entire project into a unique concept. This stage, the heart of the project, will cover high equipped office spaces, shopping malls, street stores, and hotels. The third and last stage comprises 2,000 housing units and office spaces. Project-wide, it will house an average of 35,000 people after completion of delivery.
Furthermore, Turkey’s first private underground will run through the complex. The underground, exclusive to the complex, will be connected to the city’s underground network. Designed to be positioned practically within nature, it gains a further unique quality with the Sadabad Stream that travels through the project from end to end, carrying clean Bosphorus water. The living spaces, intended for the area along this natural stream that runs through the project, will add a different color and vitality to the district, as well as offer unique pleasure.
Expected to become Istanbul’s most valuable, profitable and elite location within 3 years, it will be a living center that can also offer easy access to any direction, both via road connections to the TEM motorway and the planned new Bosphorus bridge, and its private underground. The project contains 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 duplex housing options.
