The proportion of foreigners to buy in the forefront of the Arabs of housing in Turkey, or 19.5 percent between January and October of this year, compared with the same period of last year, to reach 18 thousand and 10,983 houses.

According to data issued from the Turkish Statistics, half of those houses sold to citizens from Iraq, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Russia.

The proportion of the sale of housing in Turkey to foreigners during the month of October the rise by 23.8% compared with the same period of last year, to reach 2,000 and 236 houses, where foreigners bought during the same month of last year, 1806 houses.

The data indicated that 5 thousands and hitting 1.813 billion houses of real estate bought by foreigners, are concentrated in the mandate of the Istanbul, and 5 thousand and 73 houses in Antalya, and Alpha, and 213 in the stock exchange during the first ten months of the current year.

The housing sales to foreigners in Turkey have reached 15 thousand and hitting 1.813 billion dwellings in the period between January and October last year.
