Situated on Galatasaray Island, set in the middle of the Bosporus with a 360 degree panoramic view of Istanbul, Suada is one of the most unique venues in Istanbul. Created in 2006 by the club mogul who owns the wildly popular celebrity hangout nightclub, Reina. Although the original vision was for a club catering to the wealthy who are far too busy to go away on a well-deserved vacation, everyone are let in and allowed to get a taste of the good life.
Essentially floating off the shores of Istanbul’s Bosphorus, it’s one of Europe’s chicest beach clubs despite that fact that there’s actually no beach at all. Known as Suada, it’s a virtual private island and all-white floating landmark home to three restaurants, beach club and nightclub off the shores of the Bosporus accessed by ferry service and private yacht.
A beacon of chic new Istanbul society, during summer months the location is ground zero for the city’s fashion and entertainment set to strip down, lay-out and show-off in the sun. With an Olympicsized swimming pool, bars, restaurants and a special party area, this extensive entertainment and recreation center is the ideal place to relax or party the night away.
By day Suada is ruled by its Olympic-size swimming pool, adorned with mattress-style loungers clad in white linen topped-off with welled-toned models and pretty people. Arranged around a massive pool deck dotted with white umbrellas, the beach club is home to weekend DJ parties and be-seen summer soirees. By night the space transitions to the on-site nightclub located within a massive glass-domed lounge with similar all-white theme and indoor-outdoor architecture that takes advantage of the awe-inspiring views of the Istanbul skyline and sexy entourage of starlets with heartthrob eye-candy.
To get there head down to the Kuruçeşme Park Pier and wait to board the complimentary boat service that will take you to the privately-owned island home to Istanbul’s Suada Club.
They’re open between 9:00 – 19:30 and admission fee is 70 TRY on weekdays, 90 TRY on weekends.
